Softreson does not provide services or ship products to regions subject to international trade sanctions or export restrictions, including but not limited to North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, Russia, and Belarus. By placing an order, you confirm that you are not located in, or acting on behalf of any person or entity in, any such restricted region. We reserve the right to cancel any order that violates this restriction.

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to opened or used cosmetic products for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs for withdrawal are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
